Jennifer was off and running. She named her new business The Flying Feet Delivery Service. Then she advertised with special cards that told who she was, what she did, when she worked, and what her telephone number was. Jennifer got permission to post the cards on bulletin boards in nearby stores. She also told her frineds and their parents about her new enterprise. Business was slow at first, but soon word got around. Once people knew they could count on her, they started using her service regularly. The best part about Jennifer's errand service was that she didn't need any of her own money to begin with. The $0.25 or $0.50 she received for each trip was pure profit.
